Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all kilt accessories and garments are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
